Narrow Aisle Forklift Attachments - This electric Narrow Aisle Order picker comes along with numerous design benefits such as the battery discharge indicator together with lift interrupt technology that extends battery life that signals to the operator when the batter is in need of a charge. Operability and Performance
24 Volt electrical system delivers effective power for lon work cycles and utmost performance. The SepEx or also known as Separately Excited drive motor delivers accurate speed control and torque whether loaded or unloaded. The SepEx Transistor Control System with MOSFET improves operator effectiveness by supplying smooth speed control and precision positioning of the truck. The multifunction control handle allows simultaneous use of lift and lower and travel functions together with access to the horn. Toyota's 7BPUE15 Electric Narrow Aisle Order pickers' auto-steer centering at start up guarantees the operator of the truck's travel direction before movement by automatically centering the drive tire. The Return-to-Neutral control helps to ensure safety and prevent accidental operation of the forklift when it is first powered up, maintaining durability and reliability. If an overheat condition or sensor is detected, a multi-step thermal limiting promotes cooler functioning by restricting lift truck performance. This feature saves wear and tear on the drive motor. Stall protection is one more functioning equipment which extends motor life and lessens operating expense, by shutting of power to the drive motor whenever a locked motor condition is detected.
The 7BPUE15 Electric Narrow Aisle Order Picker is UL-E approved in order to meet specific environmental situations. Its' regenerative braking improves effectiveness while prolonging brake component and motor brush life. The electronic disc brake supplies best braking power once the pedal is released. The overload protection valve inhibits drivers from exceeding the unit's rated load handling capacity while the solid state limit switches maintain improved reliability and increased component life.
